Welcome to our Trimbakeshwar Puja Booking Services. By accessing or booking puja services through this website/phone/WhatsApp, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Nature

We facilitate religious puja arrangements performed by experienced Guruji as per Vedic tradition at Trimbakeshwar. We are not an official government or temple body.

2. Booking Confirmation

  • Booking is confirmed only after personal communication through WhatsApp/call.
  • Slot confirmation depends on availability, muhurat and your travel schedule.
  • Prices may vary depending on type of puja, no. of members, and samagri requirement.

3. Payment Terms

  • Advance token/dakshina may be requested to confirm your puja date.
  • The remaining amount is to be paid before/after puja as discussed with Guruji.
  • Payment modes include cash, UPI or bank transfer where applicable.

4. Duration & Ritual Variations

Puja procedure, duration, rules, and requirements may vary based on tradition, muhurat or Guruji’s guidance.

5. Conduct & Behaviour

  • Devotees must follow temple rules, dress code, and Guruji’s instructions.
  • Non-veg, alcohol and smoking are prohibited during puja participation.

6. Photos / Videos

Photography inside puja hall or temple may be restricted based on temple rules. Only permitted locations can be recorded.

7. Accommodation & Travel

Any assistance for rooms or travel is purely support-based. We do not guarantee hotel classification or quality.

8. Third Party Services

We do not own or operate hotels, autos, taxis, trains, or buses. Their terms apply independently.

9. Liability Disclaimers

We shall not be responsible for delay, cancellation, weather issues, health emergency, traffic, temple closure, crowd, or any unforeseeable reasons.

10. Change of Procedure

Guruji may modify puja sequence based on scriptures, muhurat or necessity.

11. Acceptance of Terms

Using the site or proceeding with booking indicates your agreement to these terms. If not agreeable, please refrain from booking.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed under Indian legal jurisdiction.
