Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all bookings made through our website, WhatsApp or phone.

1. Token / Advance Amount

• Advance paid for puja date blocking is non-refundable as manpower, materials and muhurat preparation is scheduled.
• Postponement may be possible based on Guruji’s availability and muhurat.

2. Last-Minute Cancellation

• If devotee cancels within 48 hours of scheduled puja date, full charges may apply.
• In case of no-show, token amount is forfeited.

3. Change of Date

• Rescheduling is subject to puja date/muhurat availability.
• Devotees must inform at least 5 days in advance whenever possible.

4. Weather / Temple Closure / Force Majeure

In case of temple shutdown, state rule, bandh, natural calamity or unforeseen situation:

• Booking may be transferred to a later suitable date.
• No guaranteed monetary refunds due to nature of ritual arrangements.

5. Service Satisfaction

All pujas are performed as per Vedic method. Ritual benefits are subjective and depend on belief, devotion and karmic results.

6. No Guarantee Clause

We do not promise specific outcomes. The ritual is spiritual & belief-based, not a commercial guarantee.

7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved under exceptional cases, it may take 7-14 working days for processing.
